Photo, film, drone, and livestream requirements are scoped to the number of events, rooms, guest count, and pace — and a collection is a starting shape, not a limit.

The crew arrives prepared, coordinates around the program, and stays attentive to the scene without making the celebration feel staged.

The final delivery may include photography, films, and livestream recording. Confirm deliverables, gallery duration, and production timeline in the written agreement.

Yes. Engagements, haldi, mehndi, sangeet, the ceremony and the reception — share the full run of show and every event is planned as one story. The Whole Celebration is built for exactly that: fourteen hours across one day or two.
Yes. Multi-camera livestream and professional audio can make the ceremony accessible in real time, with a recording to revisit afterward. Discuss the venue connection, timing, and where your people are watching when you plan coverage.
The current studio guidance is three to six months for most dates, with peak weekends often going first. A shorter timeline is still worth asking about.
Your written quote gives a date for each part — the photographs, the highlight film and the full film arrive separately, and how soon depends on how many events and films your collection includes. You will have every date in writing before you book.
Collections begin at $1,400 for The Ceremony, three hours with a lead photographer. The Stills is six hours of photography for $2,800; The Stills and the Film adds two cinematographers for $6,400; The Whole Celebration covers fourteen hours across one day or two for $13,200. A second photographer, livestream and a fine-art album can be added, and larger weddings are quoted around the full run of show.
